We look for investment opportunities where we can fill a capital void for high-growth companies that are moving from early-stage to growth- stage. We invest in buyouts, acquisitions, growth and recapitalization transactions as a control investor on a standalone basis or as a co-investor with other financial sponsors. We target cash-flow oriented businesses with opportunities for growth. We primarily target investments in the following sectors based on our knowledge and experience: business and industrial services, healthcare, niche manufacturing, and financial services. We do not invest in startup businesses, turnarounds, or make direct investments in real estate.

Investment Criteria

• Platforms headquartered in the eastern United States
• Have exceptional management and high-growth potential
• EBITDA above $500,000
• Investment size between $2 million and $10 million
• Focus industries include business and industrial services, healthcare, niche manufacturing, and financial services.
